My Mom Bean Did It Again...Geesh!

You tell I'm not happy about this.

This is Sophie.
She's 4 months old.
She came to live with us on Tuesday.
She has black whiskers.
Black pads.
Black nose.
She has stinky poo,
too.

And look where she is!
It's my bed...I mean this is too much.

Well, it's not all that bad. She kind of grows on ya. Today she's been here five days and we played thundering herd of elephants this afternoon. We even had tissue paper wars.

I'm pooped. She's a work out. Mom Bean is delighted that I like her now and that we play with each other. She wasn't impressed by three days of hissy fits, so what's a lady-cat supposed to do? I decided I'd better like her if she was going to eat my food, poop in my box--and hers--drink out of my water bowl (she has her own) and sleep in all my favorite places, like with Mom and Pa Bean. She is quiet, doesn't make any noise. Well she has a meow box, but uses it very little. That's got to be a good sign, right? Not whinny and needy?

It think things will work out for us.

Life is Too Short

I regret being really nasty lately. Just as I was getting used to the idea of Rosendo (Rosy) spending the rest of his life with me, becoming my baby brother, he up and leaves. I feel so bad now, I can't have him back. He was sick when he came into my life and only lasted four days with us. Early this morning, while everyone slept, the kitty angels came and helped him cross the Rainbow Bridge. Now I am truly sad. My mom bean's is heartbroken and Pa Bean as well.

Thank you Rosy for being a bright spot, however short, in my beans life—and even mine. I hope to see you again one day and I will truly call you brother then, for I know now how to behave.

Thank you Auntie Thomma Lyn and the Ballicai for making this sweet graphic for us. Mom bean said I should be the one to display it. Auntie TL did a beautiful job, and seeing him all fluffy and perky in this picture, warms my heart, because I was the last one in the apartment to see him alive. He was so very thin, and struggled mightily to stay here with us. But as Auntie TL told my mom bean, Rosy left paw prints in our hearts. I love how that makes me feel now. You are a sweetheart, Auntie TL for being so thoughtful and kind. Thank you seems so empty and shallow, but that's all I know how to say right now.

Mom bean had finished her short story about Necco and Rosy...aka...me and Rosendo, but she said she will not post it now. It's too painful to go on with the new Necco series. But she did write a poem about him and it will be posted on her site.

Magic Happens at My Place... a Lot

If you noticed my ears are not exactly pointed and perky.
See the unhappy eyes?

That's because my mom bean wrote a story that she hasn't posted yet, because it's not exactly finished yet, about my alter ego, Necco, getting a kitty.
Necco's not to happy about that....

Neither am I. You see, my pa bean didn't know about my mom's story and today he brought home an abandoned kitty. Tiny bony thing, but if I had to make a comment about the thing, he is kind of cute for a toddler.

Everything happened today that was in my mom bean's story. Everything except she didn't think Rosebud was a good name for a boy kitty, so she named the real kitty, Rosy. Short for Rosendo (Spanish). I think that's just as bad as Rosebud.

And, yes, I threw a hissy-fit all day. Things have calmed down now. I finally got to use my own litter box and eat my dinner. Mom seems to have hidden the little beast for now.

Tomorrow's another day, Rosy. You better be ready.
Does this mean I have to share my blog with him?

Yikes, I just got rid of Mike, now I've got Rosy.
Woe, is me...

Believe it or Not, I'm Still Here

Dancing with the Stars means sneaking under the Afghan Mom bean is building.

How have I been, you ask? Up to no good.
Mom bean has been at her usual task....writing, writing, and more writing.
I've been at my usual task, sleeping...napping...eating.
I've decided it's nice to live with old people.
They are nice and quiet.
Pa bean sleeps in afternoon and all night.
Mom Bean sleeps in the morning and afternoon.
The rest of the time I give my beans equal time.
Snooze a little with pa bean here,
Snooze a little with mom bean there.
Somebody in this place is always snoozing.

Mike Made It To Auntie's House

Meet Mike's new forever friend, Alijah.

Auntie said that Alijah just loves Mike
~ and ~
Mike just loves his three-year old bean-cousin.

Mike has a new site here, where he and Auntie will be blogging about his new adventures.
*sniff* I think I miss my fluffhead brother already.
