I Wuv U MB

I keep trying to get my mom beans' attention. It's dull as dust around here lately. Mom Bean spends all her time on her novels. I take over the rug when she does dishes and annoy her until I get food or a tummy rub. You know? being a writer's cat isn't all it's cracked up to be. I have to bitted her ankles occasionally to wake her up.

We had a giant metal monster hanging outside next to the fence for three days. It was a huge murky yellow thing with a long neck and sharp jaws. Its roar was deafening. I quit coming into the front rooms until that monster went away. I even quit eating for a bit. My wet stuff. I ate my crunchies late at night when the monster was asleep. It's gone now. I'm eating my stinky goodness again. Mom Bean didn't like it either. We both feel better now that it's gone.

I sit on the kitchen mat too, cause The Big Thing stands there a lot. I bite his shoelaces and grab his shoes a lot. I love the attention...

Gretchen you look so pretty waiting for your tummy rub.

I hate when big loud machines are in our neighborhood. We had one digging in our neighbor's yard and it made so much noise I had to hide under the bed!

I understand. I wish mine would write more about ME.
